77 camp people. 86 prisoners arrived at night from Wilga-Kazino. 83 prisoners arrived from Krosno at 6 o’clock in the morning. At 11:35 a.m. seven prisoners arrived from the camp in Krosno. Items of clothing in store: 1 jacket, 30 shirts, 5 towels, and a scarf. As for the clothing from the Care Section for labour camp prisoners we sent a list of items in store and a receipt of delivery. The remaining 101 parcels not delivered to the camp people were sent to the Care Section for labour camp prisoners. A transport of 120 people departed today to Chełm. We received no bread from the ŻTOS. We lack long underwear, trousers, jackets, and socks.

Society was unaware of the tragic situation of the Jews in the quarantine. The everyday noise droned out our pleading. Everybody was asking for bread and survival, and that balanced the scales of suffering. Words no longer convinced anybody. Each institution appealed to the generosity of the general public. In the end, both patience and, more importantly, opportunities ran out. Separated from the ghetto, the quarantine became an object of interest only
