Jewish Studies should include Yiddish or Hebrew, Jewish history, and in Orthodox schools—religion.
Qualified teachers of comprehensive schools employed in other offices should be hired after being released from their previous jobs.
[. . .] teachers devote so that children are properly equipped with clothing, and that they all uphold the same standards of cleanliness, which is not the case now. These differences, caused by the war, are sometimes the reason why parents and decision-makers are reluctant to organise schools. Thus, the obligation to ensure that these deficiencies are remedied shall fall to teachers, from whom the entire Jewish community shall expect that they will cope over the difficult situation of schoolchildren.
The schooling and personal hygiene of children will be supervised by teachers along with 20 doctors and hygienists, allocated by TOZ, with each team assigned to two schools.
Teachers and educators shall also organise and supervise meals for school children in Centos kitchens, close to the school environment. Providing clothing for children in most dire circumstances shall also be the responsibility of their educators.
