CENTRAL COMMISSION FOR CARE SECTIONS (Centralna Komisja Patronatów) A cell of the Labour Section of the Jewish Social Self-Help (ŻSS). It consisted of representatives of care sections in charge of points caring for refugees. It was headed by Emanuel Ringelblum.
CENTRAL COMMISSION FOR REFUGEES (Centralna Komisja do Spraw Uchodźców)-- A social-sector committee established by landsmanshaftn, in charge of organising help for the refugees. The head of the Commission was Hersz Wasser.
CHEMICAL-BACTERIOLOGICAL INSTITUTE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH (Instytut Chemiczno–Bakteriologiczny)-- The Institute was established in June 1941 at the Department of Health of the Jewish Council. It conducted analyses on behalf of the Department of Health and the Department of Supply of the Jewish Council Procurement, as well as private individuals. The head of the Institute was Mieczysław Centnerszwer.
COMMISSION FOR RESETTLEMENT AFFAIRS (Komisja do Spraw Przesiedleńczych)--The Commission was established after 20 January 1941. Its members included representatives of the Jewish Council and the Jewish Social Self-Help Organisation. Its head was Stanisław Szereszewski. It was dissolved on 15 November 1941.
DEPARTMENT OF CEMETARIES OF THE JUDENRAT (Wydział Cmentarny Rady Żydowskiej)--The Department dealt with the administration of the cemetery on Okopowa Street and collected fees for burial. Its head was Rabbi Meszulem Kaminer, and later Zygmunt Hurwicz.
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH OF THE JEWISH COUNCIL (Wydział Zdrowia przy Radzie Żydowskiej)--The Department, established on 1 January 1941, oversaw the organisation of health services in the ghetto. Its chairman was Izrael Milejkowski, with Mieczysław Kon and Zofia Syrkin-Binsztajnowa as heads.
