Following a series of meetings, the competition organising committee, consisting
of D. Cholodenko, M. Linder, and Dr E. Ringelblum (executive jury),
established the following principles and rules of the competition at its final
meeting on 22 January 1942:
1. An open competition shall be held on the following topics:
1. Monographs on Jewish life in a city
2. Jewish–Polish relations
3. Converts in the ghetto
