Jewish origin but had no ties with Jewry. He had been raised Catholic since
childhood and during his stay in the Jewish hospital he mourned the fact that
there was no Catholic church in the ghetto, as he wished to visit one and pray.
Miscellaneous. Currently the number of functionaries of the ghetto
police in service in the Warsaw ghetto amounts to 240.
This November in the Jewish district there were 9 open distribution
shops, serving approximately 7,000 clients.
This November 55 boxcars with products such as potatoes, Swedes, and
peat for various Rüstungsbetriebes⁷⁵³ passed through the reloading square
(Umschlagplatz).

Mortality rate. In the month of November there were 414 deaths (1.2% of
the Jewish population) including:
