5) Punishments:
a. every Jew who belongs to groups mentioned in points 2a) and 2c) and
has not been eligible to leave the Jewish district will be executed if he
leaves the district after the beginning of the resettlement;
b. every Jew who acts to circumvent or hinder the performance of the ordinances
regarding the resettlement will be executed;
c. every Jew who helps to perform an act, which could circumvent or hinder
the implementation of the resettlement ordinances will be executed;
d. any Jew encountered in Warsaw after the end of the resettlement who
is not included in the groups mentioned in point 2, subsections a) to h),
will be executed.


The Judenrat in Warsaw


[39] Attention.
At a meeting held on 22 July 1942 at the seat of the Judenrat in Warsaw the
Plenipotentiary for Resettlement Affairs gave an order as a result of which all
institutions in the Jewish district such as the Supply Section, the Jewish Social
Self-Help, the Delivery Association, the Co-operative Bank, the Health
Chamber, the Craftsmen Union, the St. Heyman & Co. Waste Removal
Enterprise, etc. were all subordinated to the Chairman of the Judenrat in
Warsaw. Employees of these institutions are treated on a par with employees of
the Judenrat in Warsaw. The same pertains to people employed by the Secured
Real Estate Receivership in Warsaw in the area of the Jewish district in Warsaw.

ANNOUNCEMENT
As per an order of the Plenipotentiary for Resettlement Affairs it is
thereby announced that all Jews employed in German enterprises or on behalf
of Germans are unconditionally obliged to continue to perform their work
during the resettlement.
Those who fail to abide by this ordinance should expect most severe
punishments.
