ANNOUNCEMENT
By order of the authorities the Judenrat in Warsaw gives notice that after
8 p.m. today, that is, 25 August 1942, rickshaws are banned from the streets
and after 9 p.m. Jews are forbidden to go out, with the exception of the Jewish
Order Service, which is on duty at that time of day.

ANNOUNCEMENT
Regarding street traffic in the Jewish residential district.
By order of the authorities I announce that beginning with 28 September
1942 the only Jews permitted in the area south of Gęsia and Franciszkańska
Streets are those walking to their workplaces in organised groups. Return
from work shall also be in organised groups, which are to be escorted to the
gates by the Order Service. Individuals encountered in the said area without
suitable passes will be subject to resettlement.
The only persons permitted in the area north of Gęsia and Franciszkańska
Streets during work hours are individuals who can prove the necessity to leave
their workplace. Street vending, idle standing and gatherings of pedestrians
are strictly prohibited. Persons who violate these regulations will be resettled.
