431 The stamp indicates that the Orphans’ Home was under the supervision of CENTOS. Under the pressure of the occupying authorities, CENTOS, as well as other care associations within the ŻSS, lost its autonomous status in March 1942; it was incorporated into the City Care Committee of the ŻSS as the Department of Child Care.
