All I demand from you is g o o d  w i l l  a n d  c o n s c i e n t i o u s fulfilment
of your duties.
On this occasion I warn all those who are maliciously trying to oppose
my plan and disrupt order in the ghetto by spreading false rumours and stirring
up the population. I shall now mete out much more severe punishment
than before to any troublemakers.
As I end my appeal I once again urge ghetto residents not to bother me,
under any circumstances, with their requests, etc., on the streets or in my
office. To this aim I shall establish a separate office to process any applications
and investigate complaints.

                                                8) Announcement No 134
To all ghetto residents!
Saturday is a day of rest!
Consequently, I call on all entrepreneurs to close their shops and stalls
under any circumstances.
At the same time, I also forbid any street vending on Saturdays.
The only institutions allowed to operate on that day are: the Department
of Health and all its branches, the central supply storehouse, dairy shops for
children and the sick, and all soup kitchens.
All ghetto residents are to comply with this announcement.
