I hereby certify that you have been selected by my committee to work
outside the ghetto.
The transport starts on ... December 1940.
You should take warm clothing and footwear.
To immediately help your family provide for themselves, I shall not wait
until your wages arrive, but immediately after your departure your relatives
shall receive an advance payment of 12 marks (twelve marks). As soon as
I receive calculation regarding the [total] payments from the authorities, the
balance shall be paid to your relatives.
To do this, you must report with this form and identity card to
my III District-O.D., Hanseatenstr[asse] 61, and specify the recipient of
payments.
