the Councils of Elders and all department heads discuss the work performed
during the past week and make plans for the following one.
The objective is to keep the decision-making employees informed about
the full scope of the Central Office’s activity.
VI. Conferences of county inspectors
Organised once a month since 30 June of this year, county inspectors’
conferences are chaired by the secretary general. Apart from county
inspectors, all department heads take part in these meetings. Conference
participants have an opportunity to present their demands. The objective
of these meetings is to establish and maintain amicable and harmonious
cooperation between, on the one hand, people who hold managerial
positions in the Central Office and, on the other hand, county inspectors
who supervise the activities of communities.
VII. Control Commission
On 6 June of this year, the Head established the Control Commission,
composed of three men who do not perform other functions in the Central
Office. Their role is to exercise constant monitoring over the funds and
verify the soundness of expenses.
VIII. Clerks and other employees of the Central Office
In January of this year, the Central Office’s employees numbered 17; today,
it employs 54 people, including 17 women.
